From 6ᵗʰ to 10ᵗʰ September in Berlin, Haier Europe presents a superior Smart Home.
The curtain rises on Haier innovations
Haier Europe, part of the Haier Smart Home Group, as a world leader in the large appliance sector, will take part in the 100ᵗʰ edition of IFA Berlin, also known as Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin. Celebrations will be held with an innovative exhibition space, designed to present a new dimension of the Smart Home, characterised by hyperconnectivity and customisation, thanks to the advanced features of IoT and Artificial Intelligence. The event will begin on 5ᵗʰ September with a press conference held by the Haier Europe CEO, Neil Tunstall.
The exhibition space is set to cover an area of about 3,300 square metres in pavilion 3.1, Stand no. 101, hosting the latest developments for the Candy, Hoover and Haier brands. The focus of the exhibition will be the Extended Smart Home Ecosystem, which will highlight the connected and customisable ecosystems, thanks to the collaboration with exceptional partners.
“We long ago decided to move towards energy efficiency strategies that could have immediate and functional applications. IFA represents the perfect stage to present our vision of an expanded, connected and interconnected ecosystem, which includes partnerships with energy suppliers and initiatives that we think can be a guide for the international sector. Haier Europe is a pioneer in the world of Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things and, together with the hOn app with millions of active users in Europe, makes this revolution possible by learning from the desires and needs of consumers, creating increasingly personalised opportunities.” – Gianpiero Morbello, Head of Brand Strategy and IoT Haier Europe
Candy and Hoover: the latest on display at IFA
The innovations behind Candy shall be presented, characterising a significant rebranding, including the Candy Fresco 700 refrigerator, which boasts advanced technologies such as Circle Fresh and Panorama Light, as well as the ProWash 700 washing machine, with technologies dedicated to garment care. Also on display will be the Bake 800 oven, which offers six different levels of baking and advanced features like No Pre-Heat.
The Hoover rebranding will also be unveiled, with a focus on practical, state-of-the-art solutions such as the HF2 cordless vacuum cleaner, the HF4 Hydro vacuum cleaner with Hydro brush and the Wet&Dry HW5 that sucks and washes at the same time. The built-in ovens of the Hoover New Collection 5 range will also be viewable, combining advanced technologies and minimalist design.
With AI, Haier steps into the future
In the area dedicated to Haier, the X Series 11 washing and drying solutions, which reach the A-50% energy class, and the I-Pro Shine dishwashers will be presented. The new ID SERIES solutions for refrigeration, which implement advanced technologies in recessed references, shall complete the cooling area. Also on display will be ovens, recessed combination microwaves and connected induction hobs, featuring exclusive Bionicook TM technologies.
Haier will then introduce the I-Master Series 5 and I-Master Series 7, a range of small appliances that integrate Artificial Intelligence and connectivity, along with announcing its entry into the coffee machine market. Of course, the beating heart of the connected home is the hOn app, thanks to which the connection and interconnection of household appliances can be optimised for energy savings and environmental sustainability, improving household organisation. But that’s not all: the app will support users in the maintenance of appliances, including through Care+Protect products, offering suggestions, dedicated functions and specific alerts.
The event, a new connected experience in the world of household appliances, will commence at 3:00 pm on 5ᵗʰ September in Berlin.
