How many languages is the hOn app available in?

hOn app will be soon available in 18 languages (EN, IT, FR, ES, DE, RU, PT, PL, NL, EL, CS, ZH, TR, RO, SL, SR, HR, SK).

Can the app work outdoor?

Yes, you can manage your appliances with the hOn app even outside your home, with any Internet network; compared to the previous Wizard/simply-Fi apps, there is no difference between the response times of appliances using the app at home or outdoors (sending commands, status updates, etc...).


I already have an account on Wizard/Simply-Fi/U+/E-Picurien. Should I create a new account for hOn?

Yes, but you can use the same email and password as Wizard to login to the hOn app, (without having to re-register). The two profiles will remain separate: the one on the Wizard app will keep its appliances, while the one on the hOn app will be initially empty.

Is it necessary a Wi-Fi connection to use the hOn App?

To work with the hOn app, the appliances need to be connected to a private home Wi-Fi network, set to 2.4 GHz. Your smartphone does not need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network: it can also be connected to a normal data network or another Wi-Fi network.

Can I pair more than one appliance belonging to the same category with the same app profile?

Yes, with hOn you can pair, for example, two washing machines, even of different brands, to the same user profile.

What do I have to do to connect my appliances with hOn?

You need to create your profile and then follow the instruction in-app. It’s necessary to have a Wi-Fi domestic network set at 2,4 GHz.


Is hOn app GDPR compliant?

Yes, hOn is based on a completely new IoT platform, "Safe by design". We have further improved the protection of users' personal data.
