What is Family Sharing and how does it work?
Family Sharing is the new feature of the hOn app that allows you to manage home devices, using grouped appliances in collaboration with the other people in the house who use the app.
Organising your home is easier than ever. Each user of the hOn application can join a group or create one by becoming the owner and adding other users. At this point, upon starting a cycle, all users in the group will receive the relevant updates. For example, you can set the washing machine and all members of the group will receive the end-of-cycle notification once completed! How about when using the oven? Check how much time is left before the cooking time is up. Or receive a warning if someone leaves the fridge door open … Convenient, right?
You set everything, the group collaborates – sharing is caring!
If you created the group, in addition to the management and addition of the other members, you will have prerogatives such as the ability to set features like Eco planning by identifying time slots with lower energy costs in which to use the appliances.
Even with sharing the use and notifications of household appliances, however, each user will keep widgets and inventory management features such as Smart Inventory and Shopping Lists associated with their credentials and in full privacy.
